DLC not authorizing

A few days ago, i launched the game and something strange happened. The DLC check started before connection to the server and then i can't play with dlc. The connection to the server completes as if nothing happened. This issue persists since.

This started when i installed my DSL connection. My troubleshoot attempts include installation repair(game and each DLC individually), reinstall origin and reinstall the game. Nothing worked. I have a support ticket at EAhelp but i'm not hopeful.

Another thing: in-game origin is active in mass effect 3 even if i configure origin to keep this feature disabled. Can anyone help me?
