DLC won't authorize

Hi. I need help please. For 4 years my dlc was fine in Mass Effect 2 now suddenly today it said not authorized and refuses to let me load any save game.

How can I get my DLC authorized?

I turned the log in settings off and tried connecting manually and nothing has worked.

I use Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate edition.

P.S it went wrong from the moment it said it lost my cerberus network. I had to get that again and since then no dlc will authorize.

At Anwers HQ we won't be able to solve this problem, but I think EA support should be able to clear that up.

It can be frustrating when this happens, but I had this issue once and they solved it when I contacted them.

Hi. I contacted them now and it still won't work. I don't understand it. It worked last time I played the game but reinstalling did not solve it. Bioware's website doesn't even have my game listed as registered even though I used their website to buy the dlc and registered the game. I tried to buy the DLC again and nothing happens.
Will the trilogy version of Mass Effect 2 work?
