DLCs installed but missing in game (PC)

I downloaded and installed the free Earth and Reckoning DLCs but it doesn't show up in the game. Same for the ME3 Alternate Appearance Pack 1 that I bought. Can anybody help?

    Well, if the outfits for Garrus, Liara and EDI show up then at least the Alternate Appearance Pack 1 is working.

    Did you double checked Shepard's armour locker for the Ajax Armor? It makes no sense that only parts of the DLC pack show up.

    For Earth and Reckoning, you are aware that this are DLCs for Multiplayer only? Non of the stuff in there will show up in a single player game.

OK, this is really embarrassing. I did not know that Earth and Reckoning DLCs were for multiplayer only. And I just checked Shepard's armour locker again and found the Ajax Armour. Thanks very much for the help.
