Mass Effect Legendary Edition 1 achievements bug?
This problem is driving me crazy because I can't complete ME1 100%. There are certain achievements that no matter how many times I use those powers the achievement never comes out, for example "use 25 biotic barrier or wrap", I have used those powers more than 50 times, I have even tried to use it in the citadel terminal. The medigel achievement also doesn't unlock, even if I have already gone to Metgos, used the 9 medigel, returned to Normandy, used 9 more and so on until reaching 50.
Exactly why do some achievements work and others don't?
I found a solution and I'm leaving the information here. The GamerProfile.pcsav file can get corrupted for some reason, in my case I didn't do anything, I just played normally, but when I analyzed the file with the notes blog, I noticed that its values were strange. So I made a backup of that file and then I deleted the original. You start the game again and the game itself will make a new file, with that new file the achievements will now appear.
The file is located in: Documents - Bioware - Mass Effect Legendary Edition - Save -ME1 - Profile.
I use steam.
