So chalk this up to me being unobservant - I didn't even notice that in addition to "interfacing" with the Architects, they also drop a loot box. I didn't notice until I took down my third one, so I'm going back to Eos and Voeld to look for the others ... does anyone know if they despawn, or if they are still left where the architect died. And ... uh, on that topic, if they don't despawn anyone recall exactly where the chests spawn?
On Eos, it's at the bottom of that hill. On Kadara, at the top of the hill towards the right side (when you're driving towards the battle area). On Voeld, I think it's in the northeast corner of the battle area, but I'm not sure about that.
Don't remember with Elaaden, because only one of my playthroughs got that far.
As for whether or not they despawn, I have no idea, because I've never thought to go back and check.

not sure but given its a loot box and not just normal loot you find after killing someone i would say its a 50/50 shot. but being as this is EA and Bioware we're talking about i would say they do disappear after you leave the planet. xD
