Assemblers and Breachers are mooks so I'm guessing it's not them you're having issues with.
Observers can be a pain, but I find it best to charge them, hover, unload a shotgun into them and then see where you're at. If they're low enough to the ground, you can probably finish them with a Nova. If not, charge and repeat. The scattershot is a good shotgun to use on any vanguard.
For Nullifiers, they stop shooting if you break their frontal shield, and you can easily do that with a single headbutt. From there, it's just alternating shooting and headbutting until dead. Their melee does hurt and stagger, but you should be able to time your charges, headbutts and shots to minimize how often they hit you.
Destroyers do suck in melee range. Luckily, they open up wide for a Cobra. Wait until they do and any class can drop them in seconds.

Have you played Remnant on Gold? I don't have a problem with Destroyers (they don't take me down) nor Nullifiers or any other. It's the Observers. They are always too high and staying in 1 place, as you would with hovering, is suicide with Observers as they tend to be together in pairs. Their lazers tirip out shields in seconds and given that you would focus mainly on melee damage with the build, you are really weak against them.

I would not try to give you advice if I didn't have experience. What I suggested is what I do. I am very used to having no shields on my character. You just have to gauge how much health you can lose before disengaging. Luckily, with Rage, you will regen that health as you move on to a different target. I don't suggest my tactic against 3 Observers, but I guarantee it works.
