Does Anyone Know How to Remove the Numbers Next to Dialogue?

Yup. Reset your bindings to default, then scroll down to the bottom of the bindings list and clear the bindings you don't want.

You have to actually reset your bindings to default, because if you just clear, they don't get saved in your preferences when you exit the game.
