Hello, I have seen that there are several with the same problem and in fact there is a question that has not been solved since 2017 and it is regarding the dxgi_error_device_removed error, I have already tried all the steps that I have found, both in these EA forums as in the web in general, but I keep getting the same error. This is a fairly common problem, even on supported graphics hardware. I get this error quite often in this specific game on an AMD Radeon GPU. I'm not aware of a permanent fix.
How often do you get it? For me it's not enough to make the game unplayable (about once every 6 hours).
Understood, thanks for the answer, although it is strange since I can enter the game and play it for non-regular periods of time, like 5 min to 4 hr, which I did once to finish the tutorial. but suddenly I get the error, however I will try to obtain a gpu that meets the requirements since the one I have is integrated and if I am not mistaken it has 6Gb, but still thanks for the assistance.
ive got the same problem as you, i dont know about video cards supported but i'm running a 12900k 16gb ddr5 5600 mt/s 3090 kingpin. So i'm pretty sure its not unsupported hardware. Im running the game between 6-12 hours before i get the same error as you are. Its just this EA/Orgin game that does it. Makes me sorta glad i got this game on cheap. So i just dont buy the fact its your "unsuppported" video card.
