Since the new, not particularly welcomed EA App, my Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition has been replaced with the standard edition. I entered a 2nd code I bought and it gave me a pop up for the act...

Hi @SuperPupper, the studio didnt take away anything players paid for. The artwork for these games was replaced with a standard version image. All content for the game is now free for anyone who ownes the game to download in the EA app.

You wont see the deluxe edition image because it is no longer there. When you install the base game, you should see a checkbox that has all content you own that can be installed. If you do not own it yet, you can claim it in the manage add ons. Nothing was actually removed from the EA app.

Some players are reporting they cannot see DLC in the manage addons for multiple games which is being investigated by the EA app team. It isn't a breach of contract. All of the content is there for all players to download and play.
