[EA app] Mass Effect 3 Cannot download multiplayer DLC

@toaeljay Hey, so this same thing happened with a bunch of other DLC as well.

Can you let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried? 

If you own the DLC even as free, and it doesn't show it is kind of like a cache issue in a way.
