[EA app] Mass Effect 3 N7 Collectors Edition Won't Launch

I'm unable to launch the ME3 N7 Collector's edition or the regular ME3 version which an EA help representative theoretically replaced it with a year ago to fix this issue.  See attached screenshots o...

    @WoolyCaterpillar 

    Try this:

    • Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.
      (Not just minimised siting in the try, completely closed!)
    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    • Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
    • Delete the "License" folder.
    • Test
