[EA app] Mass Effect Trilogy Errors

The EA App malfunctioned badly, and now I can't get any of the Mass Effect games working. Prior efforts found in this thread, pages 5 and 6:

Your system time is set correctly?
Even if, try to re-sync the system clock as described in this post.
Restart the system > Test.
If that is still not helping, Create a new Windows user account (Administrator) don't use local special characters, use only Characters from the ASCII table
- Reboot > Log in to the new user account.
- Test.
Have you tried logging in and starting games on another PC?
