Question

I have started a case about my account being banned and a person emailed me saying "if you want to get your account back email this email" so I emailed [edit: email address removed] but I never got a response. This is frusturating. I would much rather talk to person and have an immediate response such as over the phone or a chat room, how can I do this?

Do you mean your EA Account was banned? You can`t login into in form Origin? &nbsp;This is strange. The right thing to do is to contact EA Advisor directly via phone.&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/&nbsp;Just&nbsp;be careful not to give anyone your personal details via email, unless you are 100 % sure they are legitimate EA employers.
