Elite Andromeda Initiative Pathfinder helmet

Hey all! I recently purchased Mass Effect Andromeda and completed the Andromeda Initiative Training on the website. Video bar is filled in 6 / 6 but I still cant unlock the helmet. I'm on Xbox One Digital Deluxe.

    I had a problem myself at the final step. It requires you to sign up for the Mass Effect newsletter in order to receive the helmet. But then it gives an error message, something like being unable to proceed. I eventually forgot about it, went to my EA account settings and signed up for a few newsletters there. After some weeks I tried Andromeda Initiative again, and this time it worked without any error messages. So it's possible that it's related to the newsletter subscriptions. When I didn't have any subscriptions I got the error message, but after I had some subscriptions I didn't get the error anymore.

    I am also experiencing this issue, i have the bar filled in 6/6 but it doesn't say on the website that i have actually unlocked it, i have the same screen as you...  I'm signed in and i've rewatched every video twice signed in... Is it because i got the Deluxe edition through Origin Access?

    There's also this error i'm getting even tho my email is all verified and stuff... is this the case?

    I have the exact same issue as you Pilot43210. Watche the videos multiple times. My email also gives that same error even though it is correct and verified ☹️.

    UPDATE: I deleted the cookies for my ea thing and the actual website, which reset my progress. Gonna see if i still have the error

    Doesn't look like we are going to get any help with this issue. I have since completed my 100% / 114 hour play through without the helmet. Even after multiple support tickets still no resolution. Thanks for nothing EA support.

    I"m also having the exact same problem and the EA support is giving me every solution except the one i need.

    Same here can't seem to get it. and i have no real desire to pursue it beyond the forums, The tech help is for me a pain to implement, and check, and re check.

    Hey everyone!

    I had a similar issue myself and I can confirm that signing up for the ME newsletter should resolve it - huge thanks @JanePhoenix for bringing this up!

    You can sign up for the newsletter here or via Customer Portal in the Email Preferences tab. Just click Add More and choose Mass Effect.
