On the Nexus, the PA announcements I suppose their meant to be, the voice that says someone has died but the name is being withheld until next of kin in the Milky Way is notified. Any "next of kin" is 634 years dead. - I consider this a joke, not a continuity bug. There's an email about that too near the Tempest's airlock.
I don't think anybody mentioned that Director Tann's English voiceover is terrible. BioWare should have fired that actor long ago.

I'm pretty sure his Voice is like that on purpose to further pound in the point that all hell would have had to break loose before he stopped being an underling & actually have a little power.
Any bets he's an agent of the backer who had the former director killed?
