I have a few bugs to mention that I have found on Xbox One. I know for sure a ton of people are experiencing this-- the Galaxy Map Crash. Basically, when you are doing a mission where you have to scan for an anomaly in the system the cursor zooms away from the anomaly (to where you are looking away from the system entirely) and stays there without you being able to move or anything. Also, when you restart the game and try to use the galaxy map again you can't move at all. In the end you're stuck on the tempest with nowhere to go and no way to advance in the story.
I've encountered another bug a few time where I'm landing on Eos and before the scene of the tempest touching down you and your squad mates are standing in the middle of the outpost for a few seconds completely still then it realises the mistake, Tempest touches down and you exit normally.
