@ketxxx I have another bug for the list.
When squad mates are down they still talk on comm.
I just played the "Hunting the Archon" mission, and at the last part where the Salarians come to assist you in the combat, both my squad mates were down, yet continued on talking
Cora: "It's working, the Salarians are making a difference".
Me (that is real me not Ryder): "Really? did the bring Omni-Gel to revive your butt?"
anyway, at one point the Salarians pull back and notify you, but it sounds exactly like Cora O_o this time I saved the video of it 🙂
