Ketxxx nailed it with a great list that should keep the Dev guys quite busy. Rather than rant about the gaming shortfalls and suckieness, I'll touch on a constant error in MP. It is more than frustrating to play a mission gold or platinum, get all the way to the Extraction and suddenly lose 'connection with the host. Yes, I've done all the checks on my side. So now I reboot my Elite Xbox one, router and cable modem each time before I play. My connection is 350MB, a broadband connection should not have those issues.
So when your server fails (if you have a broadband issue, I can sell you some TB bandwidth if you need more), auto send the player an Apex box. With apologies. It is one thing to have Management making poor and political decisions but it is another when customer service sinks to the same depths.
Own the errors, fix them, treat your gamers politely.

Time for modders to take over I guess. That news article pretty much read to me as "We give up, and can't be bothered to further fix the game". Raise your hand if MEA is the last EA game you're going to buy.

I'll be posting the suggestion that everyone with the Deluxe edition be given a free digital copy of the entire story that wraps up at minimum the Quarian ark... more for those loyal fans who documented bugs and reported them to be fixed in an effort to make this a game fans were hoping for and deserved.
