Time for modders to take over I guess. That news article pretty much read to me as "We give up, and can't be bothered to further fix the game". Raise your hand if MEA is the last EA game you're going to buy.

Last EA game I'll pre-order, or even suggest to friends/co-workers.
I'll be posting the suggestion that everyone with the Deluxe edition be given a free digital copy of the entire story that wraps up at minimum the Quarian ark... more for those loyal fans who documented bugs and reported them to be fixed in an effort to make this a game fans were hoping for and deserved.
Shame. I thought it would get at least a year worth of support for both single player as well as multiplayer. Hasn't even been 6 months.
You might be able to fix some of the plot bugs with save editors (Gibbed is working on a ME:A save editor). Not sure how they're going to fix all the animation or other issues without some kind of official modding toolkit.
