Exogeni elevator crashes or stuck on loading screen

It's my second play through of the game,and I playing as femshep I am on the feros mission of geth attack I have to go up the elevator but the elevator doesn't work when I press the button it start a...

Have you tried repairing the game? 

If you use the EA App, go to your library, click the three dots on the game's image, then click Repair.

If you use Steam, go to your game library, right click the game, go to Properties, then Installed Files, then click Verify integrity of game files.

if that doesn't work, could you share a DxDiag file? More info here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
