Extended Cut DLC Bug Created by Leviathan DLC

Chris Priestly suggested that I post this in here, so here it is.

There is a bug that needs to be fixed soon. Normally in the "I want details.", "I don't understand...", and "How?" choices, you are supposed to see a cinematic scene showing brief flashes of what will happen if you choose destroy, control, or synthesis respectively as the Catalyst is explaining them to Shepard. But the cinematic scenes and even one line spoken by the Catalyst, "You will no longer be organic" are skipped. This bug occurs when you played through the entire DLC mission. It affects PC, Xbox 360, and PS3.
