Extra holster unlock misguided

Hiya, I came into a tiny issue, that weapon 4 "extra holster" is locked despite combat fitness 5 has been reached. And it took me a conversation with the ME4 support team to address the issue. I upgr...

    Go to the med bay on the tempest. Once you walk in, the panel on the left wall will allow you to respec your skill points.

    i already tried that it just unlock skills but still weapon 4 still locked   down in red says Unlocked by Combat Fitness 5 "Extra Holster"   I had this before going different level i guess
