Friendly fire comments

I've found that all of my characters, on every map, with any equipped items, on any difficulty will complain about friendly fire if they are hit by the following attacks:

• Atlas homing rocket
• Husk tackle
• Abomination tackle
• Swarmers

This list is not exhaustive.

Does this sound familiar, or is this just me? If this is common, does anyone know if the devs are aware of it?
