From Ashes DLC dosen't work

Same problem. Only more so. The achievement can be seen in Origin online. There are two for From the Ashes in my Origin.

Also the Exodus cluster can be visited ingame but I can't land on Eden Prime. Only "Leave Orbit". Even though the description says 

Cerberus is attacking the planet.

The e-mail that is supposed to start the quest, never shows up on Shepherd's Private Terminal on the Normandy. So I can't start the questline.

I've tried clearing out the Origin folder in ProgramData three times and repaired the game just as many.

I even deleted my old saves just in case they were messing up the quest. 

Still the DLC just dosen't work.
