From Ashes DLC PS3 not showing up though installed

I bought, downloaded, and installed From Ashes for Mass Effect 3 on my PS3.

However despite it saying it installed the mission does not seem to appear in game.

I have already played a fair amount (am right before Priority Tchurchunka)

My question is cannot I not access From Ashes since I didn't have it installed earlier or is there a way to get the mission.
