Game breaking glitch, Cannot complete Voeld main story line

Summarize your bug (Game Breaking) I first went to Voeld instead of Harvarl first (not the problem) and met with the resistance leader ect. but i did not go back to have the vid call with Evfra until i finished everything on the planet. The quest Evfra gave me is to meet the resistance leader but i have already met her and the quest marker tells me to go in the main to meet her but then out of the base once i am inside it (unending). Even when i find her just by remembering her she just thanks me for helping and it doen't complete the quest and yes i have repeatedly left and come back to the planet and tried to see if it would let me Vidcall Evfra again. This is a Main Quest so while i can go and do all the stuff on Harvarl, after that i will not be able to progress in the game. Please Help :'(

Is this during the quest "A Trail of Hope"? If so, it happened to me. It wasn't the quest that was broken, merely the marker. If you read the mission description, it says to meet the resistance outside the base. What you have to do is go out the front entrance of the base, by the docking bay, where you entered when you first arrived on the planet. When you do that, the map marker will then show the correct person you have to talk to.
