Game crashes during ME2 Purgatory Mission

Hi everyone. I'm playing through the Purgatory mission to recruit Jack and my game keeps crashing when I get to the loading screen at the end of the level. The loading screen just freezes for one sec...

    Can you verify the install files and possibly power cycle your system, by turning it off and unplugging for at least a minute.

Power cycling did the trick. It didn't crash when I got to that loading screen again and I was able to see the next conversation. Thanks a lot!
