Game Crashes When Shepard fires gun

I play on PC. Windows 8, Intel i3-3320/ Intel HD graphics, 6G RAM Sometimes I can use a heavy pistol and it's OK, but I have to fire really slow and my game will eventually crash. Never any problems...

    Try to change the in game graphic settings. (Shadows, bloom, Windowed mode resolution and so on)

I didin't realize that my graphics card is not supported.

I also have the same problem with my other computer, Windows 10, AMD A-8 5500.

I've already repaired the game (Origin), sorry I didn't mention that. Thanks.
