Game missing after account merge

I got a ME:LE code from Humble Bundle.

I had a secondary account, and accidentally redeemed ME:LE there.

So I contacted support to get my accounts merged, this was like 2 weeks ago.

However ME:LE is not showing in my main account. The old one can no longer be accessed, since the merged happened successfully.

I also had Burnout: Paradise on my secondary and that game DID merge to my main.

I contacted support and they told me to make a thread here.

Can anyone help me?

This would be an account issue, which is nothing we can do anything about here. Even the CMs here aren't allowed to do much with accounts from what I know, so I would suggest going back to the Help site, or EAHelp on twitter and have a discussion about. I would make sure you have receipts and/or emails about the purchase, but no one here can help.

I got back in contact with support and finally got my game back.
