Game refuses to launch under any condition.

I have tried every solution I've seen on this board, tried Origin in offline mode or closed down entirely, renaming the .exe files, etc., and the game refuses to even try to launch. No error messages or anything. I have played the game on my PC before with no issues, and the only thing that's changed since then is the apparent addition of DLC support on Origin for the game.

    Since the new update, the game refuses to launch for me also.

    Origin launching dialog box appears then nothing.  It's rather annoying as I'm 1/3 through the game which I can no longer play.

    Is there a confirmation of the new problem and a fix inbound?

    Just finished chatting to EA Support.

    In my case, the game was trying to use the wrong file to launch.  

    MassEffect2.exe was being used but does not work, it's ME2Game.exe that works.  The Launcher appears to no longer exist, which I assume the 1st exe is trying to run but can't.

    Have to launch directly until they update it again to use the correct file.
