    Unfortunately I have no idea how the issue was resolved. One day, after months of not playing, I decided to go back to Havarl since I had completed 90% of content available on other planets. Tried the quest one last time... The object to scan finally spawned and I've been able to progress in the game.

      Well, I'm going to try to do the same, I'm just playing through the story and gameplay is good because if it was any game it would not be worth it because of the many bugs it has and sorry for my english
