gamer tag linking

In order to link a gamertag or PSN ID to your Origin account, you need to do this:
1. Log in to your Origin account
2. Click Friends -> Add a friend in the menu bar
3. The pop-up will give you the option to connect to Facebook, XBOX Live or Playstation Network. Choose your preferred option
4. Fill in your log-in details and follow the steps on screen You're good to go.

I'm having a similar problem. The issue I'm having is apparently my XBL account is already linked with another email, so now I can't even use N7 HQ. I was told to go through contact us so I can get someone to call me, but guess one, there wasn't even a phone call option.

Logical how I really want to be a completionist and when there's a technical issue I can't even get it resolved efficiently. It's like Sim City for Android all over again.
