Can you post the contents of your log?
The one you linked to ran into the error
E_FAIL Unspecified failure 0x80004005
from GameExplorerInstall
Which is rather unhelpful.
Most commonly this is a permissions thing. Do you have administrative privileges while installing?
Are there system folders your user account does not have read/write/execute privileges to?

Hi I don't think I need the install log anymore I reinstalled from the disc completely, and the "play" button pops up, but it said the first time that "64bit windows is not supported please contact EA for help" or something of the sort now whenever I attempt to launch it just has a message telling me syncing with cloud, and then it looks like its loading then nothing happens and just like "install" before it does nothing.

BTW I am running 64 bit Vista, with an AMD 4650, and I meet all of the other system requirments

I launched the game as admin and I keep getting a pop up that says "Windows Cant find C:\Program Files (x86)\Mass Effect 3\Mass Effect 3\Binaries\Win32\masseffect3.exe I looked in the directory and the file is there, and also I think it may have installed as a windows 32 bit program I have 64 dont know if that makes much of a diffence

Most software out there was compiled for 32 bit architecture, Mass Effect 3 included.
A lot of hardware and Operating systems support 64 bit architecture, but they can still run 32 bit programs. (And end up running 32 bit programs faster than 32 bit hardware)
Can you describe the steps you take to install?
Something sounds fundamentally off if it thinks Mass Effect is installed as 64 bit and placed in the Program Files x86 folder.
That folder directory seems to be off, as there is no "Origin Games" folder in the path.
