I just want to know how to play Mass Effect with mouse and keyboard on ps5

Mouse and keyboard are not sported on the PS5.
There is afaik also no working adapter, like a XIM Apex available.
The only remaining method is remote play over a PS4 or beloader. You would still need a Mouse / Keyboard adapter like a XIM Apex though.
