The Grissom academy issue is one I've never heard of. I would advise repairing the installation Origin. (That is assuming you're on PC.)
The geth concensus adapts during your presence there. In order to destroy the Reaper code near the central nodes, you first have to destroy other Reaper strands connected to the same line of code. Are you already in this part of the mission, or are you absolutely positive this is a glitch?
re: Geth Consensus: I knew that - as I stated, I've played the game through several times before without any issues. This issue has now popped up with the latest update. Even when the strands are completely destroyed, the node infections still won't disappear, even when emptying the gun of all its ammo. I've It's a glitch - one I've seen others have had as well.
re: Grisson: I have already run a repair of the installation - a few times. It's a glitch that I have seen help requested for elsewhere.
