Hardlocked bug causing OS instability

Are any of you experiencing hard lock outs caused by ME, In all games I am freezing consistently, followed by audio problems leading to frame freeze that'll cause even explorer.exe and windows itself to turn unresponsive. At this point I reinstalled windows onto two drives with the same problems appearing, the origin app is crashing frequently according to my event logs and is cascading those hitches into widespread issues for the OS itself

I am well above recommended hardware.
