I checked on the Origin platform and all three are not available for purchase. They don't even show in the extra content tab.
That's most probably a temporary problem, please report back if the DLCs don't show up inside 24 hours.
Sorry I was supposed to say Origin, but said Steam as a slip as I was part concentrated on something else.
I just checked back on the Origin store by the way, 24hrs on. Those Mass Effect 3 dlc's are still unavailable.
Very odd indeed. Let's hope this is resolved soon. Perhaps you should contact official support as well, since we can't do much here on the forum.
The optimist in me is hoping they pulled it from the store to prepare for a surprise release of an ultimate edition, but I suspect this is just a temporary error.
