Yes, and yes. I'm doing a Paragon run, and all the Paragon options possible are available. I choose any option, and I get a fail-state immediately after.
Just found out, apparently I completely forgot I had "All VIP Club Encounters" installed and currently the mod is the sole-reason why I'm getting this bug, as others have reported the same issues. The mod guide I was following never mentioned this, so I had no idea. Will remove the mod and see if that fixes it.
