    It should.

    If not you need to vanilla the game and apply your other mods after that again.

With "encounter" you're referring to the activities you have to preform in the VIP section of Afterlife?

Do you have enough Paragon/Renegade points to get the Paragon/Renegade dialogue options?

Yes, and yes. I'm doing a Paragon run, and all the Paragon options possible are available. I choose any option, and I get a fail-state immediately after.
