HDR not detected

I have a display Acer Predator XB3 and a gpu rtx 3090, and in game menu the game says ''hdr not detected'' in the calibrations menu. I enabled it in windows, i enabled it in my display menu, my dr...

Had the same problem with my CG437K but turning on HDR in display setting works. Do you have multiple display? I have to set show only on 1 (CG437K) to get it to work but then it kills the HDMI audio output to my receiver. Changing to Extend these displays works.

    You using DP or HDMI? Maybe try a different cable (I know long shot). Also are you using nVidia color setting under change resolution in the nVidia control panel?

      I am using a DP which has never given any problem and no, i am not using that setting.....should i?

        Might as well give it a try, 32bit, RGB, 8 or 10 bit and see
