Health boxes dont'work
Reticule appears on them I press the activate key but no health increase the health boxes then appear used but they have not increased by health.
You mean you're just picking them up instead of actually using them? By picking up a med pack, the number of med packs in your inventory increases. You then have to use it like any other skill. Either use the hotkey or hold space (or whatever you have mapped to open the skill menu) and select the med pack.
By default, the hotkey is 3.
