Help, Can't download extended cut in ME3

I have been trying to download the extended cut for Mass Effect 3, I click download and literally nothing happens when I do. It worked before, meaning when i clicked download it asked me for the game key, I did not realize I had the game key at the time, but now that I found it, nothing happens when I try to download the extended cut. Please help.

  • I've moved your thread from Battlefield 3 section to Mass Effect 3 section

Are you logged on to the same Origin account you bought the game with.

The Game (and the DLCs) is bound to the account you registered it with.

Then it is strange that Origin asked you for a key.

The base game is installed properly? (You did started the game once?)

Please try to clear your origin cache.
All settings in Origin (only in Origin not in the games) are back to default settings after this.)

        - close Origin completely. (right click on the Origin symbol in the task bar > close)
        - Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
        - Type or copy  "%ProgramData%/Origin" (without quotes) > hit ENTER
        - Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for the "LocalContent" folder. (The "LocalContent" folder must remain untouched.)
        - Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
        - Type or copy "%AppData%" (without quotes)  > hit ENTER
        - Now your Windows explorer should have brought you to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Roaming" folder
        - Delate the "Origin"  folder inside the "Roaming" folder
        - In the address bar of your Windows explorer click on the word "AppData".
        - Open the "Local" folder
        - Delate the "Origin"  folder inside the  "Local" folder
        - Restart your PC. > test

If that don't helps, uninstall Origin from the Windows control panel and install this version afterwards.

This work in getting it to do something. What I mean now this screen comes up (look at attachment). I "own" the game through origin access, I have been playing for the past few weeks with know issues, and now that I'm at then end I want to install this dlc. So I have looked at the cd key file for ME3 put it in, but it tells me it's already been used.

Ok, this seems to be an account problem, only support can help with that.

You should contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.

Please let us now how it goes.
