Help needed ME3 crash
So iv been playing the game for about 20 mins and i get to the cut sceen where heaket orders Shepard to mars, it comes to the load screen and then freezes goes to white screen or a black screen. can anyone help?

I probably won't be able to help with this unless a game repair fixes it, but could you post a DxDiag for others who are more technical?
Do the game repair @FluidPanNerd mentioned, (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME3 > Repair)
If that don't helps, post the DxDiag in text file format with your next reply.
