How can I disable HDR from outside the game?

My computer and monitor don't properly support HDR. If it try to turn it on under any circumstance, my TV will display a black screen with "invalid format". (I know the reason, I just don't have the ability to fix it at the moment.) Whenever this happens, I have to boot up in safe mode and mess with my registry to unbrick my computer.

Due to this, I never run games in HDR. While I know there's a way to disable HDR from within the MELE games, I can't see the screens to do so. So is there a way to disable HDR from a settings file outside the games? For ME1, it looks like it would be in "BIOEngine.ini" but there's no simple TRUE / FALSE line for enabling or disabling HDR within the "[HDR]" section.

Anyone know what setting I need to change? Or could someone who has HDR disabled post their BIOEngine.ini file or something so I can see what changes?
