How can I get Blood dragon Armor?

I don't have such on option, onlyy what I've get for deluxe edition

I've been having trouble getting this. I have Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age: Origins, even Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition all registered on the Bioware Social site, as every solution to this says to have, but it will still not show up on the User Entitlements page under Mass Effect 2, and it will not show up in the Cerberus Network in-game on the 360. And yes, my gamertag is correctly applied to the account, and other content works fine. It's just this that won't work.
And no, my copy of DA: O UE didn't come with an insert for the armor, and yes it was purchased brand new. I heard it was supposed to have one. I only have the games on the 360.
