To be clear, are you in a Spanish speaking region? Some regions leave out certain options when installing the game and you may also want to run Origin in the language you intend to install the game in.
it was my understanding that there was not any spanish dubbing for this game. the euro version only had english/french and german. Italian and Spanish were text subtitles i think. I just seem to remember a post once on here where this was confirmed.. will also link that below:
