how do I contact ea's customer support?

I have to agree with how its run. Its a joke. Id much rather communicate with some one Via Email. I Loath chatting and I hate being on the phone. Why does this have to be such a mess. You can literally go circles and make no progress what so ever.

I Just got off a chat with there Advisor, more agitated then I began. My questions were very simple.

1) Q1.Veteran status wasn't showing up, why? 

     A. Not available yet.

2) Q2. After redeeming my China Rising DLC at launch and waiting until released, the game still shows that I didn't have the code and is trying to charge       me, Why?

     A. Contact the retailer.

This is a joke.

Then you won't be able to contact their Customer Support staff, 'cuz those are the only channels for doing so.

[EDIT:  Oh. and I have successfully used all three methods; Chat (best), Telephone (very rarely, but worked for one particularly difficult issue) and email.]

Yeah looks like EA support , like many of their products is total garbage.  Oh look you can have them  call you in 20 minutes great.......and look a live chat that you have to wait like 10 minutes most likely to connect with some guy in India who can barely speak english. and yeah NO email support, maybe there was an option for that but not anymore. Most likely because so many people had issues they didnt want to deal with email support.

I think im considering never buying another EA game again or ..at least one i buy in store so that if i have problems there may be a chance for a refund.  Ugh.

I used the chat option the other day; within 5 minutes I was talking to a Game Advisior, and had what I needed within 10 minutes.

As to the nationality of the Game Advisor I was chatting with; yes, English probably wasn't his native language, but I found his use of English far better than that of most high school graduates these days.

I have contacted EA and they said it will be 2 weeks before they reply. It's been a month and still no answer?! Seriously EA, sort it out!

Not impressed....

I have no idea!! I've been trying for the last 2 days with no luck...I'm told my waiting time is between 5-10 minutes and have sometimes waited 45 minutes with no response...my young son spent almost £60 of his birthday money on games he can't even access!! 

Sorry to hear about your problem.  Unfortunately there's nothing anyone here can do for you.
The AHQ is for "player-to-player" technical self-help and game-play discussions.
We're all just fellow gamers, doin' the best we can...

I have reached Customer Support every time I've tried.  But it does take time...

After getting to the Help Center and filling out the required information, (Product/Problem/Platform)
look for the "Chat Now", "Call Me / Call Now", or "Email Now" buttons, not the AHQ "Ask Now" one.  (You've already done that.)
The exact options you see will vary depending on your region and the time-of-day.  😕mileyfrustrated:

If you select "Chat Now", (or "Call Now" if that is an option for you) be sure to have enough time to wait.
I always expect it to take an hour before I'm connected to someone, and am pleasantly surprised when it's less.
