How do I get the M-55 ARGUS in multiplayer?

I started up MP today at like 4 P.M. central time and when it loaded into MP it advertised the ARGUS "for MP" but in my bioware "MULTIPLAYER MANIFEST" it does not even list it as a weapon in MP. Do i...

What eaursula and BioWare mean by that, is that it is a Rare Weapon, that can be unlocked the same way as all of the other Rare weapons.

Usually Spectre Packs or Premium Spectre Packs will give you the highest chance of success.

Because of the random nature of the packs, it could take a while to unlock it.  It has only been available for a short white, so only recent Spectre packs would have a chance at having it.
