How do I remove texmod from my Mass Effect 3 files?

I tried playing around with texmod and immediately regretted it. Now I can't play my game. I don't know how to remove it's influence from my files and start fresh. I've tried reinstalling, but that do...

As Holder1405 said Texmod doesn't change your game files, but to use it with Mass Effect 3 and Origin you have to rename your  "MassEffect3.exe" file so that you can change the "Texmod.exe" to "MassEffect3.exe" briefly during the startup process.

Once that startup process is complete you restore the files back to their original names.
