How do you end a multiplayer session without killing the game?

Ok so I admit I'm a noob but seriously, how do you quit from multiplayer mode without closing the entire game? Esc key does nothing. The only way I have been able to end a session (between matches)...

Yes Esc works fine in single player but does absolutely nothing in multiplayer.

The only button that responds at all other than the windows key (or alt+tab) is the Return key which  sets you into another multiplayer match.

Im sure alt+f4 would work too but again that kills the game entirely.

It just occurred to me that there MUST be a console command to end a multiplayer session ...

That being said, does anyone have a link to a list of console commands?
